UK Free or cheap 3rd party access to Open Banking to download statements.

I am aware that QuickFile.co.uk offer free access for businesses that have <1k transactions per year.

Can anyone suggest other providers, preferably free (but not essential), but with a higher number of transactions per year Free or with low fee.

I only want one primary feature. Ability to download bank statement in CSV or XLS or XLSX format from banks.

Any other features would be a bonus.
