I registered my LLC last Nov 6, 2020 in California.
Based on my researched, The FTB is due on the 15th day on first 4 months. So i should pay on March 15 on or before.
Do i need to pay for 2020 alone since i registered it on that year not follow the 4th month payment? & another payment is due on April 15th then for 2021?
Which one is correct?
