i am a small business owner (single employee) and the first 2 quarters only accounted for 1/3 of my gross income and then we changed a few things around and the last 2 quarters were a little more than 2/3 of our gross for the year. my question is this...

can i take a mileage deduction for my vehicle as its used to make deliveries of our products?

can i write off gas receipts?

can i write off both gas receipts as well as the mileage credit?

thanks!

You can deduct the gas receipts, but if the other deductions include gas expenses or similar expenses so that your double deducting then no. You have a lot of room to include expenses.
