GL Report Memo Not Same as Transaction Memo

I recently created a transaction detail report by account in which I need the
memo to reflect the memos that are seen in the account transactions. However,
this does not appear to be the case. There are some memos, but they are NOT
the same as the memos we used in the ledger as we entered the transactions.

Can someone tell me what is going on? I would settle for printing the
account detail screen, but can't seem to figure out how to do that either.
