Global client not in new store

We created a Global customer in HQ but when the new store sync, the customer
didn't appear. Th store has all operations data, but that specific customer
is in the store. How can we make that customer appear in the store?

RicoTowers,

Has it moved over yet? If not, make sure the clocks in both stores are correct and then change any information in the Customer's record. That should move it on the next 401

Rico,

If the clocks are off by even a minute, yes, it was possible.

Remember that everything in SO and HQ goes by the time it was modified. If the clocks are off, its whacko time. We always suggest when creating a worksheet manually that one adds 5 - 10 minutes to the effective date to be sure it gets picked up.

We set up our client's server machines to run the NIST time server program once a day and the workstations/registers hourly.

Thanx for the great info. 2 questions:

1. When you say add minutes, you mean increase the effective date?
That is if the efective date was 11:00 pm, then changed it to
11:05 pm?

I thought if by decreasing the effective date, the worksheet would
be effective now. That is, if running a worksheet today, the to make
effective at the moment, I would set it to yesturday date.

2, Where do I set the timing in your link "ttp://tf.nist.gov/service/its.htm"

Rico,

We suggest adding time to the effective date.

That's http://tf.nist.gov/service/its.htm on the right side, download the software and instructions.
