Hi everyone,

Just came across this forum and decided to register. I am a Real Estate Accountant (non-CPA).
My whole career has been in Real Estate. I started my accounting firm for real estate not long ago.

The types of real estate I have experiences in: Residential, Commercial, Multi-family, Shopping Centers (strip-malls), NNN lease, Condominiums, and Constructions (Job Costing).

I will try to be active on this forum. I participate in other forums that are real estate related.
