Help me - Error after installing 2004 Deluxe over 2001 Deluxe - See note inside.

I installed Quicken Deluxe 2004 over Deluxe 2001. Installation went
fine with no errors.

When trying to launch the program, the following error message
appears:
YOUR QUICKEN PROGRAM FILES (NOT YOUR DATA FILES) MAY HAVE BEEN
DAMAGED. YOU NEED TO REINSTALL QUICKEN.

Should I remove Deluxe 2004 AND Deluxe 2001 and then reinstall Deluxe
2004 again?
