For the past six months I have been working for an individual full time. I am not "self-employed" nor do I think I qualify as a contractor! I am seriously confused about how to file this income and I do not believe I am going to be getting any sort of form from my employers. Help!

Bad situation. You should ask the employer if they will issue you a 1099 form for this year UNLESS you think that by asking this it may/will end your employment. If you think it will end your employment, then now is a good time to seek new employment while keeping the old job in the meanwhile.
