is there anyone out there that can hlep me? firstly i'm not an accountant or book keeper but i need some advice. i'm in debt to my landlord £2500 and am being evicted. i also have an £850 overdraught in my personal accountant and paying only the interest. i only have a debit card and cheque book. i want to know if there is a way to transfer the debt i owe from the landlord to the bank.by writing a clever cheque without it bouncing. i'd much rather owe the bank than the landlord.some body help me please!
