Hewitt Associates 401(k) download problem

My company's 401(k) is administered by Hewitt Associates. No matter
what I do, I can't seem to download historical data into Quicken 2004 Deluxe.
The Hewitt Associates web site seems clear enough:

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
When you activate online account services through Quicken, you'll be prompted
for a customer ID and PIN:

Customer ID - Enter your SSN, enter a hyphen, and then enter Lxxxx (where
xxxx=company ID.)

PIN - Enter the same password or PIN that you use to log on to this site.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Doing the above consistently yields the message:

"Your financial institution did not recognize your customer ID or PIN; the PIN
may not have been entered correctly. Please try again. If the information is
correct, contact your financial institution for further assistance. Additional
information from Hewitt Associates: Signon Invalid

[OL-332-A]

I've called Hewitt several times, but they say I need to contact Quicken support.
And vice versa. And I know I'm not mistyping the information.

Has anybody had any luck downloading 401(k) transactions from Hewitt?
If so, is there a trick to it?

Dan

I seem to recall having a similar problem and having to call them, but I
ended up getting it to work no problem but don't remember what they told me.
I've been using it for over a year with no problems since.

My Customer ID is my 9 digit social security number, then a "-" then a 5
digit company code: xxxxxxxxx-yyyyy There is no "L" in my setup. My
"account number" is of the form "aa-bbbbbbbbb"

Hope you get it to work! Once you get it to work, do not try to track your
investments with ticker symbols. Hewitt NAV and the real NAV are not the
same. As such, your balance will be up to date only once every 2 weeks on
payday.
