USA Home Office Deduction for Rental Properties

My client has 6 rental properties and a home office for the rental property management. He is a full time W2 employee with no schedule C income. Questions:
(1) Can he claim Home Office for a deduction?
(2) Which form to enter the home office deduction? Is it Schedule C?
(3) Will it be a red flag due to there is no Schedule C income?
(4) Without claiming home office, can he claim the commuting mileage cost between home and rental property?
