Home Office Expenses and Employee Expenses

Hi

I wonder if someone could give me an answer on the following:

I am the director of a Ltd Co which provides computer consultancy/services and I have my office in a purposly buily workshop in the garden. There is a server,pc's, fax etc etc in there. My question is what can I claim regarding electric, expenses etc?

Also I have another employee who works from his house remoted into the office, can I pay him an expense for using his home electricity,broadband etc?
