Show deposits made into your bank account - and show the reconciliation between the Gross amount and the net amount.
If you have to report the income without a W-2 - you need to prepare a Form 4852 which is a substitute form when you cannot
obtain an actual W-2. I don't believe it's e-fileable - and you need to paper file the tax return.
