USA How long after funding for Crummey letter?

I understand that a Crummey notice of withdrawal right must give the powerholder 30 days or more to exercise this right. The Crummey trust was funded in July. The trust document states that the withdrawal right can only be exercised during the month of November. Do you see a problem with this?
