dear sir plz note how to calculate a goodwill of the company and teach me
tangible and indangible assest/liability

Goodwill - that depends on your Country, amongst other things.
Tangible assets are those that physically exist, eg Computors / Vans etc
Intangible assets are the oposite, eg Goodwill

Got 2 incarnations of OA running here. SBS and Windows. IMO, OA will not ever
work for small business that will not use an MS server product. If you use a
db that has been incorporated with BCM and Outlook 07 you can never go back
to your original. Thank God that I had an original copy to transfer/backup...
