How to enrol for ACCA

I would like to enrol for ACCA. Can you please give some idea about enrolling in ACCA and the details procedure?

All you have to do is register online, then send supporting documentations. Once this is done, you will receive your welcome package which will include your ID and passphrase.
Also check their exemption page to see if you are eligible for some exemption depending on your prior qualifications.
