USA How to enter EFT in Quickbooks when using the Pay Bills feature.

My accountant has me enter all bills in the Enter Bills part of QB. Then I Pay Bills and print the checks. I have started paying the utilities online using EFT. QB wants me to print them as checks and won't take anything but a numerical entry for the check number. How do I handle this?

Make sure you select not "to be print" on the bottom of the pay bill selected. you can edit the check number as ACH. Hopefully it's help.
