how to enter gl accounts for vendors



As a CPA, I am familiar with how Peachtree and other systems allow you to
enter a general ledger accouont either as a default in the vendor ledger or
when making a payment.

I can't find it in this accounting system.

does everything go to other expense?

I am also a CPA. I started using SBA in early February for my own books.
Because of tax season, I haven't had time to learn as much about the program
as I would like. I agree with you that SBA is missing a couple of features
found in similar products.

In order to make sure I'm not missing anything, I will be taking the live
