how to enter ISO exercise via a stock swap in quicken 2004?

Quicken gurus,

What is the proper way to enter an ISO exercise transaction in which
shares that I already own are swapped for exercised option shares
(stock swap)? The option exercise wizard in quicken 2004 seems to
assume that the only way to exercise options is with cash.
