How to Keep track of PayPal Fees

I have some clients who want to pay with PayPal. The problem is I send them an invoice for say 100 dollars, but lose x dollars of that 100 because of PayPal fees incurred to complete the transaction. How should I document this (i use quickbooks) in my expenses to reduce my taxable income.
