How would I account these?

I'm a bit confused, how would I account these? I've got a trial balance with all the numbers and It says 'Included in', so how would I go about tackling these questions?

For iii) do I

DR Prepayments 180
CR Admin Expenses 180

?

Questions

Code:
iii) Included in ‘administration expenses’ is a payment of £360,000 for an operating lease
for the period 1.7.2012 – 30.6.2013



vii) The last electricity bill (included in ‘administration expenses’) that had been received
and paid covered the three month period 1.8.2012 to 31.10.2012. This bill was for
£300,000.


ix) Included in the item ‘administration expenses’ is a payment of £4,500,000 as full and
final settlement of a law suit initiated by several staff members, who were injured in a work  accident.

Yes assuming the trial balance is as of 12/31/12
But also check if the expense for the FIRST 6 months belongs in Admin expense or needs to be adjusted to a more appropriate account
