Did you test database connectivity and network connections on both HQ Client
and HQ Server? Are they successful on both ends?

If so, try deleting the 401 that is not processing successfully in HQ
Manager, create a new 401 and see if that one processes okay.

Hope this helps....

Yes Convoluted.
Im Test de Connectivity on Both Client and Server, in the sync process all
worksheet work Ok but when 401 is running the when the status show about 60mb
bytes transfered the error is done.
Im deleted de 401 and create it again, but the error its again.

I need to Sync because is new instalation on RMS 2.0 and SQL2005, all test
worked in LAN but now is on the store and bandwide is 256kbps.

I have 8 Store working with V1.2 and SQL2000 (HQ and SO), so i decided to
update to V2.0 with SQL2005 (new instalation on different Server) and new
installation on a first store (SQL2005 Express) then I restore de database
and both sites and all is work ok on test over Lan.
Right now the SO is on production offline because when Im try to Syncronize
at midnight the process is aborted by the error.

Hi

Its probably the latest hotfix which has destroyed your communications. Our
chain of 40 stores communications has been practically made useless by the
latest hotfix. I'm considering legal action at the moment since Microsoft
know about the problem and havent bothered to address the issue at all.
