I`am chief accounting in one big company. Recently, we had regular annual auditing. Auditors found several big errors and omissions ant they said it in the front of my subordinees and managers.
I` am deeply shamed and humiliated. Should I quit?

No. But you should actively seek new employment because you may be discharged soon. It is important that you learn what went wrong and what you should have done to prevent this so that it will never happen to you again.

Thank you for your answer. It slowed a little bit my rush to quit immediatelly.
