Import Chart of Accounts with a .CSV file

I'm attempting to migrate some basic information from DacEasy V11 to SBA
2006 using .CSV files. My first problem is that I can't seem to find
any documentation about what values should be used for various fields.
In particular, the import logs are showing a number of complaints about
the "Account Type" and "Subaccount of" fields. So where are the
definitions of what is allowable for these fields hidden?

FWIW I have the SBA SDK also, but I'm not seeing much in there on the
subject. I'm not saying it's not there -- just that I'm not seeing it...

Thanks.
