PLEASE advise me i have claimed the benefits in the title for over 5 yrs and around two months a go had my last medical were i would normally get between 20 and 24 points and be not be bothered for folowing year or two however this time i recieved no points and also on re assessment no points so i have gone to tribunal.
but from wat i can make out i can not claim any money to support me during time it takes to have tribunal which i believe is up to weeks away . i have been told to claim job seekers but if i do this aint i declaring myself fit for work which i am not nor does my doctor think so either. what options do i have as been 5 week no benefit at all and getting extremley worried as no money left . thanks
