USA Intern at F500 Tax Dept - Where to Learn Software?

Just like the title says, I'm an incoming intern (havent started yet) at a F500 Tax Dept. I'm a senior in college so I'm not like a CPA or professional accountant or anything. My supervisor told me I'll be use the programs RA Checkpoint and CCH. Does anyone know where I could get a good tutorial on them (preferably for free)? Anyone got any tips or preferences I should know about?
