Has anyone else had the bombshell from the Dept. I am on invalidity and do
have a pension from my ex employer. They now take into concideration your
pension over a certain limit. I stand to loose £6 per week.

I can't remember the limit (it might be over £80, don't have figures to
hand), but it was brought in a few years ago to reduce the spending on
Incapacity Benefit.

Do you mean you have £6 less in total income (benefits and pension)
after receiving the pension that you were getting on benefits alone, or
that the pension you are getting is reducing your 'invalidity'
(Incapacity Benefit?) by £6 but your total inv=come uop because now you
are getting both benefit and pension?

No I am £6 less on invalidity because of the pension I get and have done for
some years. and the letter I received said the new rules come in on 4/05
