We ordered 500 advertising calendars and we posted them in inventory. Later, we sent the 500 advertising calendars to our customers via a third party company. Then, I saw that an invoice was issued to our company to take out the 500 ( price of each one:$0.01)calendars from inventory. Total amount of the invoice $5.00. Is it correct to do that to remove the 500 calendars from inventory . Is there other way to remove the 500 calendars without issuing an invoice to ourselves?
