Hi everyone, we recently discovered a "quotation" invoice was inadvertently posted and amortized. Our account (on vendor side) now shows a credit for that quotation document. How should this be corrected since we amortized it?

Reverse what you did. Even if it was posted last year, reverse it all this year unless the effect is material.
