Invoice not pulling dates from Timesheet

Greg Morris

Hi All,

I'm running QBPro 2002, and track my time spent on a job in the Timesheet
for billing purposes. When I invoice, I click Time/Costs & import the time
for that customer. All fields except the date the work was performed are
imported. I had this same problem in an earlier version as well.

Any idea how to get the date from the timesheet into the invoice, other that
going back & forth between the two windows & typing it in manually?

Thanks in advance!

First off have you tried to use the sample company to see if that file
will work? The feature does work so just may be the way you input, the
file intgrity hard to tell. So start with sample data and if it works
check the settings in preferences to yours.

This is completely out of topic but just to let you know that besides
time (hourly), I also use a tool to automatically keep track what
proportion of time I have spent on various applications.

Please review if this is useful to you.
