Invoice total does not match Customer ledger

3 items on the invoice. 2 of the 3 added together and ended up as the total.
The 3 item did not figure in on the total. This is a modifed templet. but it
has been working for months. This has happened only on 1 invoice i can find
so far. The modification to the templet was to add two lines at the bottom
of the invoice. No data fields were modified or changed.
