Hey, moron, contrary to your moronic statement, the IRS DID NOT LOSE a
Challenge to prove tax liability. It failed to prove, to the jury's
satisfaction, that your fellow moron intended to break the law. Cryer did
not argue that the income tax lacks any legal foundation. In Court he argued
that he did not believe the law exists and the jury believed him. Meaning he
did not have the intent to break the law.

Despite his "win" which only keeps him out of jail, Uncle will still collect
100% of the taxes he owes, plus penalties and interest.
