India Is there any SOAP API in NetSuite which can give me all available roles in my account

Hai all, We have a connector that used to get Roles from NetSuite Functional using WSLD but currently, we are able to fetch only those roles which are assigned to any Employee.

Example :

Total Available Roles in NetSuite : - Administrator - Accountant - Custom Role1 - Custom Role2

Noe lets say there is User ABC has following roles assigned to it

Administrator
Accountant
Now as Per our logic we get only above two roles and not Custom 1 and Custom 2 roles as these roles are not assigned to any Employee

So is there a way or SOAP API which will give my all available NetSuite roles in my account?

NetSuite WSDL version : 2019.1

I search on NetSuite documentation bur didn't get much
