Issue 1099-INT for loan interest?

In 2003 my C-Corp paid me interest on a note for a loan I
made to the company.

I assume the company should issue me a 1099-INT?

Only if the amount of the interest is over 10$.

Even if they don't issue a 1099-INT, it is your
responsibility to report all taxable income on your return.

Not sure why you assume that I wouldn't know that it is my
responsibility to report all taxable income on my return.

My question (perhaps ignorant and naive but sincere) was
about whether the corporation (owned by me) needs to issue a
1099-INT.
