If a dependent receives $200 in social security and is disabled -- does that get reported on Line 20 of the 1040?

Yup but there ar two lines. Report the $200 in line 20A . Then there is a worksheet to figure out how much of that is taxable, which goes on line 20B. Typically that is just 50% of line 20a.
