Yes. Use the keyboard to enter information into Excel.

To create a report such as balance sheet in Excel, open the report and click
the "Export to Excel" button (looks like a green letter X). You can also
find 'Export to Excel' in the menu. It is in the File menu for Office
Accounting 2006 and in the Actions menu of the beta version of Office
Accounting 2007

If you want to create a copy of an account register in Excel, from balance
sheet or profit and loss report, double click on the account to bring up the
report of all transactions involving that account. You can then use the
'Export to Excel' command to create the report in Excel.
