USA Letter for Late filing for S-Corporation

I faxed form 2553 to IRS in 2009 and did not receive an approval of the form before I filed the business tax as 1120S . Can someone assist me how to request late filing under Rev. Proc 2003-43

You must call the IRS and ask for them to mail you a copy. It can be done but will take some time on the phone.
