Letters getting lost (or being ignored?)

Is it just me, or do other people still get letters lost (or ignored) by the
DWP - in my case Belfast?

I complained to my MP four years ago and I was told that the internal system
at BDC was improving. I can see no improvement - if anything, it has got
worse. The probability of an ordinary letter (by first class post) or fax
getting dealt without being chased up is less than one in two sent. One
letter I sent recently to a manager was sent to two different fax numbers
and by post. And it was still not dealt with (received!).
The normal thing that I am told is that it cannot be traced having been
received.

Always keep copies and if necessary use recorded (signed for) delivery.
