started new loan with bank for purchase of land to develop and prepare into house lots for sale to related company to build homes on to sell to home buyers. My questions is whether this loan origination fee is immediately expensed, amortized or capitalized until sold? any feedback appreciated!

The loan origination fee is part of finance cost as it is not related to purchase of land, it is related to getting the loan.
