A person doing our company bookkeeping took out a loan in their name to pay government for what spouse owes spouses paycheck get direct deposited to the business and the person doing the books takes the payment for that loan out of spouse cheque deposited and pays the loan payment on the loan taken out in the bookkeepers name is this right what should i do

It's difficult to gauge without knowing more about it. The opening post isn't the easiest to read, but it sounds as if the bookkeeper has taken a loan from the company on behalf of their spouse, and the spouse's paycheck goes directly to the company for the loan to be repaid.

If all parties are agreed to this and there's no legalities in the jurisdiction that outlaw it, then what's the problem?

It would, or should anyway, be difficult for a bookkeeper to take out a loan from a company, or from a third party but in the company's name, without management/director/owner knowing about it.
