Looking for a great Microsoft Partner recommentation??

I am looking for a great Microsoft Partner and need some recommendation from
this newsgroup. Please make some recommendations of only great partners and
not just so so partners. Thank you in advance!!!

I have given my current partner several opportunities and find them sadly
lacking. I will not mention any names though. This is what I currently need.

1. Help me get my restore desktop running on RMS 1.3 where it prints
receipts and processes credit cards and gift cards with Mercury.

2. Help me truly backup my information where if I ever have a computer
crash I can easily switch from one computer to the next.

(Below is background information for interested partners)
On Friday the 13th my computer failed. I had a mirror image drive etc etc.
They all failed. I had run RMS Manager many times on my laptop. I took my
backup to my laptop and thought I could run the POS on it with the dongle.
It took me all of 10 minutes to have the database restore on the laptop. It
then took me 12 more hours to have my laptop printing receipts and processing
cards with Mercury payment. I actually can not say enough about how well
Microsoft support call did and Mercury Payment did. Without their help my
computer would not have been running on our biggest day of the year. Our
fundraiser where we have over 900 people in our store was July 14th and we
raised over $13000 for a charity.

Now I have put to brand new harddrives in to my computer. Installed Windows
XP and RMS 1.3. I have not obtained the hotfixes for RMS 1.3 yet but all the
XP updates are downloaded. I can not find them in customer source. (My
partner stated yesterday he couldn't download them because I had to old of
RMS 1.3.)

When I transfer the database from my laptop that is running RMS 1.3 to my
restored computer the POS does not work properly. After working with my
partner for 1 1/2 hours he turned me over to work directly with Mercury
payment system. After working directly with Mercury's support for over 1
hour (they were extremely helpful) my system still is not running properly.
Mercury and I are both convince that the problem really is RMS. (I thought
this from the beginning and that is why I called my partner)

This is all I am requiring from a partner.

I use Jeff over at Checkpoint Software. He is an amazing partner. If I run
into a problem he is there for me, and has always either been able to walk me
through the problem over the phone, or logs onto my system, and does what is
needed. I have never actually met him, and I can honestly say that I am
extremely satisfied with everything he has done for me. If you would like

There is Data Cash Register...Offices in Nashville and Memphis...
