Ltd company accounts

Hi,
As I understand it, to "file" (send to Inland Revenue and Companies
House) Ltd company accounts you had to be a qualified accountant. Is
that still the case? If not, what is the limiting factor?
Thanks

The main problem for limited company owners filing their own accounts is going to be filing their Corporation Tax Returns especially now that they must be filed online using iXbl!!!

Indeed - I did this last year and it was a real pain. Also watch out for rounding errors because of the web-based iXbl process it takes 30 mins to try and fix :S
