M04: Car lease

Trying Money 2004 Trial; want to add a car lease as a
liability, associated car as an asset. Seems that only a
loan can be associated (very different result due to
residual value). I can of course forget the asset, and
only add the lease as a monthly bill. Any other way of
doing this I'm not seeing?

Why would you want the car as an asset? You're renting it. It's not your
asset. I'm voting for "it's just a bill."

Ok, by 1 to nothing, the "it's just a bill" win it. Only
reason not to is the residual value and associated future
asset potential, but it's more a nice-to-have than
anything else. Thanks!
