MAS200 : Unable to execute shortcut of a Visual Integrator Job

Hi,

Im trying to execute a shortcut of a visual integrator job on a MAS200
3.7x version.I have configured everything like it specified in the
document but im getting the following error :

Error 275 in program VIWLIB at line 3120.

Any one has idea about it ??.We are really struggling out from a
few days because of this problem.Any help is greatly appreciated.
