Further to the previous posts (6 July & 29 May), has anyone had a response
from MBNA regarding this failure? It is nearly one month since I first
encountered this problem.

No response either. Still does not work.

I'm thinking of going back to my barclaycard as this now had OFX downloads
which I have tried and works fine

Just found a solution to the MBNA ofx file import problem.

Download the statement from MBNA then open it in a text editor
change the first line

From /NASApp/NetAccessXX2006OFXHEADER:100
To OFXHEADER:100

it works for me (Money 2005 UK)

When I go the MBNA website to download my statement, I am offered 3 options.
First Microsoft Money 99 and later versions, QIF or comma delineated. How
come there is no OFX option?

That "Microsoft Money 99 and later versions" should be OFX version
1.

If you have trouble saving the file to disk, where you can
manipulate it, rather than feeding the file right to Money, there is
a XP setting to make that easier.
