Edit>Preferences>General Uncheck "Automatically recall last transaction for
this name"

But note that these are not "memorized bills", that's something
different.

Good catch. I think I answered the OP's question but didn't note the
mistake in what he/she was calling it.

Hi Tara,
Yup, that looked like the right answer and I figured that you knew the
difference between "memorized" and "recalled" transactions.

I had a feeling I was using the wrong word there but wasn't sure how to
phrase it. So it is the last recalled feature....thanks....I ended up
deleting her and then re-entering her in the admin add user feature and
this did it...but at least I know for next time...she was wasting hours
deleting the "recalled" items and putting in the new items...I had no
idea she was doing this..just knew it was taking her way toooooo long
to enter bills.

Thanks-Robyn

A tip for you and your bookkeeper....Ctrl + Delete will delete lines in an
invoice or bill so you don't have to spend time tabbing & deleting each
coloumn.

Yes, CTRL-DEL is quick and handy.
Of course often you can over-type equally or more quickly.
