USA Microsoft dynamic pos 2009

i just install microsoft dynamic pos 2009 into my computer system... after installation the program works fine, but my cash register, scanner, receipt printer all seems like its not compatible with this software... please help!!

all these hardware was working fine before i install microsoft dynamic pos 2009 program:confused:

The POS has to be compatible with the software or they won't be able to communicate with eachother. Does POS 2009 specify what hardware it can calibrate with?
