UK Mobile catering accounts

I run a new catering company and we have also started to do outside events such as festivals, food shows, farmers markets etc., where we sell food to take away,

I have looked a several accounts programmes and they seem to be based on invoicing a customer for a product or service provided where an invoice is generated.

I need a programme where I can enter 120 meals sold for a total of £625, in cash, at a particular event.

Is there a way to do this - most programmes seem to be similar in most respects.

Hi Colin,

I don't know if you have found anything yet, but I have seen something that might be of your interest. There is a phone app called Smarttrade, through which you can take payments and send invoices. I am not very sure how it works, but my boyfriend uses it for his plumbing business and he is quite happy about it.
