UK Money 2001

I run 3 different files using Money 2001. On one file when I do my backup I get a message "This operation cannot be performed" although the backup is made. This only happens on the one file and only after I have opened one of the accounts in the file. The other two files backup each time with no message. Does anyone know what the operation that cannot be performed is ? The backups of all the files are fine but this message keeps popping up
