Money 2004 - Budget and Cashflow

1) Budget amounts from recurring bills do not show up on
budget reports - does anyone know how to fix this problem?

2) When a one-off item is added to my cashflow forecast -
it doesn't show up in the cashflow forecast

3) When a one-off item is added in my budget - it doesn't
show up in the cashflow forecast

If anyone has experienced these problem or know how to
fix them - please help.
